ABOUT US

Established in 1994, Tan Guan Lee Company Ltd., started off as a rice distributing and shipping business. In the recent years, we have transformed our business into property management and property development.

Our first residential project Pasadena, is a freehold 19-storey apartment block located in District 11. It has 36 units of 3 bedroom apartment with basement carpark, swimming pool, children's pool, gym and barbeque facilities.
